Voltares India is part of the Voltares Group. Voltares was founded in 2022 with the goal of eliminating 1 million tons of Greenhouse Gas emissions by 2030. To work towards that goal, Voltares has partnered with Shiroi Energy, a Chennai-based solar PV company with extensive experience in the renewable energy field.
What We Do:
Voltares India specialises in the development and operation of state-of-the-art solar PV and agri-PV plants in Tamil Nadu, India. Our focus on integrating agricultural and photovoltaic technologies not only optimises land use, but also boosts the local economy. Voltares India aims to develop and operate up to 125 MW of solar PV plants within the next year, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable India.
We sell the generated power to commercial and industrial customers through reliable and cost-effective Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Through power wheeling, we are able to deliver our green solar power directly to your facilities via the national grid – eliminating the need for space on your own premises.
